Hi,
I am more than alarmed at this. My keyboard on late last year’s mackbook pro
suddenly stops responding and I can’t do anything apart from force shutting my
computer and starting it again. It has happened twice over the last 24 hours.
It is as if my keyboard is dead. Whatever keys I press

They obviously don't understand screen readers. Is this an app or a web

Hi,
Two things to try in order.
1. Reset your PRAM. Shutdown your Mac, then when you restart it, either
before or while the startup chime is sounding, hold down the command, option
“r” and “p” keys simultaneously. The easiest way to accomplish this is to put
your left thumb across the comma
Is there still a pages bug where the select all command doesn’t work reliably?
I’m talking about selecting across page boundaries in particular.
This does not occur in textedit and I’ve taken to the habit of working up
documents in textedit and then pasting the completed draft into pages if I ne

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your advice. much appreciated indeed. I've done what you
suggested. I hope this will do the trick otherwise - as you say - it's the
Apple authorised dealer. I am really quite worried about this. This is my
third mac and I've never had problems like this. Also, this
As far as I know, apples doesn’t do much aggressive advocating. From what I’ve
seen, developers join the website and members primarily advocate on their own.

Thank you David, I think I will go ahead and purchase the app. I have no issues
of lag or overall system slow downs which existed through out my windows days
for almost 20 years so cleaning is not as big of a problem. However, as the
system is put through it’s paces, it can and will bog down. Th

I’m not positive, but, it’s likely that you’d see something in the System Log
if system access to the keyboard was lost. If it is some other issue more
related to software freeze-up, it may be more difficult to find. Take note of
the specific time that the problem occurred so that a look

Hello Sarai,
Have you changed your VoiceOver settings? The VO-Cmd-Down Arrow only works on
the default voice so you need to have Content set to Default for the switch to
work properly.
Cheers,

Its a great app to get started with maintaining your mac. It finds various
areas of the mac where unused or quite large files accumulate and allows you to
delete them. It also does a very good job at explaining what the files are, and
also what they are for so you know exactly what you are delet

Hello.
I also have an I Mac 20012 with maximum specs and SSD hard drive and would say
it’s much faster than my new Mac Mini although the mini is not dual core and
half the memory of my IMac.
