The answer is no. PDFPen and PDF Pro are as yet not good applications for
reading PDFs. Their main function at this point is for filling in interactive
PDF forms. They do not allow you to navigate by heading, list, paragraph

It takes from 3 up to 10 seconds to respond to each flick or command.

I am hoping someone has suggestions.
Within the last week or so, I have noticed problems with Safari and Voiceover.
By far the most serious problem is that one part of a web site I must use
renders voiceover totally silent. The other portions of the web site seem to
function normal
About the only thing I can suggest, is that you try going into the developer
menu, then from there, select a different user agent. You might perhaps choose
to simulate an older version of Safari or, failing that, even simulate Internet
