You do VO-command-escape to close a widget. You can get to the widget bar,
but you can't get to the widget manager.

If you want to get rid of widgets you can delete them from the library folder.
The ones you've installed will be in your home library and the ones that came
with mavericks will, I believe be in the main library folder.

The Login screen is usually totally accessible if you attempt to use it right
away. If your Mac has gone to sleep or if a Screensaver has activated, then
you need to either click a mouse or trackpad to bring focus
Hi Chris. For radio, I either use iTunes or Radium which can be purchased for I
think $10. Not sure what that is in pounds. For Youtube to MP3 converters, I
haven't found any accessible app that converts videos to MP3 but I know there
are various websites out there that do just that.
