Thanks Matthew for the suggestion. I had not tried that one but still no joy.
There were two options available, Edit which more or less did a VO-space and
Show Menu which was the same as a VO-shift-m bringing up a Contextual menu.
Certainly worth a try though.

Here’s a way to rename a table in the new Numbers.
• Navigate to cell A1.
• Bring the mouse.
• Turn on Mouse keys.
• Press 8 until you hear something like “A reference tab.
• Press ‘i’ 3 times.
• Turn Mouse Keys off then type the new name for the table.
The same trick works in the new Pages.

The iPod “Merriest” cannot be ejected because it contains files that are in use
by another application.

I have a late 2009 Mac Mini with 2.53 gigahertz processor and 4 GB RaM, and I’m
running Mavericks on it just fine. It’s slow to open apps, but once I have
everything running, it’s not bad.

I did choose the move option, because I read where that was a good idea. I
still get no start up music and those notifications that I can’t read under
Fusion 6, Windows 7, and Mavericks. Maybe I’ll get my sighted hubby to take a
look at it and see if anything crazy is going on.

eject. I then unplug the player from the computer. sometimes I turn it off
first before taking the usb cable from the computer. Almost every time, I get a
message saying the device was not ejected properly.
