you can also use handbreak it's availible for both windows and mac and it is free. Also my personal favorite is movavi, it converts any format to any format, for example I can convert AVI to mp4, or I can convert mkv to audio or mp4. The options are endless, you can even murge files together l

Hi Aman, I had a friend disconnect her monitor and things went down hill very quickly. lol. This is indeed with the latest 2012 Mac mini by the way. Overall sluggishness throughout the OS and Voiceover went on a busy rampage. All was well when the monitor was reconnected. hth Ricardo Walke
