I was looking to buy a drobo, but I won't for now. Thank you for pointing out

this morning, as I just tried again, whilst making the audio recording to
show you all the issue. This time, it worked correctly. I'm not getting

When I said put in your own amount, what I meant was just that. You should
have a popup menu that lets you select between 10, 15, 20, and 50. I've
never seen 100, but who knows...
Anyway, the bottom line is, I got it working, and my mom's now a happy
camper.

I have a 2tb LaCie firewire/sata/USB combo drive that I have partitioned
into three parts. one for a bootable Mac system image (330GB), another for
general Mac backup and storage use (1tb, and a third for general windows
backup and storage (660GB). So, I can use it as a boot drive for restoring

but it certainly has improved very much. I had a iTouch 3 and recently got
