Hi,
you could use Quicklook for this. Just press CMD + y while you're sitting on or
in the e-mail.
Or you could save the pdf file on your hard drive via the menue. Then you can
read it as usual.
All the best

It has been quite a while since i did backups to dvd of a lot of my media files

Hi Garth.
I'm sorry, i should have been clearer. I do use downcast and I think it's a
wonderful podcast player.
Is there anything for the mac that would be a good alternative to play podcasts
but not be iTunes?
Thanks.

I don't have a printer anywhere on the network. I have tried to use the

I do appreciate the continued suggestions.

Agreed, in previous versions of the operating system though, the number
of running applications was correct. Not a big deal, I was just
curious, I may look in to which application is doing this when I have
time. It could be the notification center, that's one thing that was

Hi,
You need to first uncheck the Internet Sharing checkbox. The Internet Sharing
needs to be selected but not checked, set the interface, the port and any
password options then check the box. These changes cannot be made when the
Internet Sharing service is active.

It was a system requirement I wasn't aware of until I found out the hard way
