try googling key remap for mac. It's a heavy-duty keyboard manager that I stumbled on years ago when sharpkeys failed me. My guess is that if the functionality doesn't exist in there, then it's not available. I'd test it myself only I have a portable keyboard. Hope this helps. Erik Burggraaf

I don't think it happens as often but it still happens. I update when my Mac tells me an update is available so I am guessing that I am running the latest version. I would say when my VO does that I find turning it off and then on works to stop it. Some sites it does it more than others. Becky

I think you could do an apple script if you have UI scripting enabled. I am fairly sure there is a "keypressevent" in there, but I don't remeber exactly. A better way would be to use the keyboard system preferences and type the key as a potential shortcut, and see if anything comes up. Jonath
