Hi,
I wanted to kick the tires on Crash Plan yesterday. For the most part

Hi Anouk,
Actually, the internal speaker on the MBA really isn't bad. As Neil said, it
lacks some of the fullness of the speaker on the MBP, but I don't think it's
unacceptable at all. And it puts out a lot of volume. I know you said you

I've just written this review of Lion from my own perspective as a

when it is formatted in ExFAT you are able to read and write in Mac OS X 10.7

would be nice if you could report how useful the manual is for VO user. I

I hope to be able to read them in the next week. While they might not

Cool! I will have to test asap if writing to ntfs really works from mac

Hello,
Writing to an NTFS formatted drive doesn't work in Mac OS X, since NTFS is a
windows-only format. You'll have to reformat the drive either in XFat, or
Fat32.
I hope this helps!

Yes it is. One thing you might try is to relaunch the finder which I have to

Thanks, Cody. Wouldn't the migration assistant have been upgraded as part of
the Leopard upgrade? Also, both the MBA and the MBP are running Leopard,
10.71. So I can just restore from the time machine backup and that will work?
Thanks,
Donna

wow, is that advisable. Your restoring an OS configured on different hardware
to a different set of hardware and probably some driver differences. Now, if
people tell me it works, great, but, I don't think it's recommended.
Personally, I used my external drive which had a complete backup of my
