HI all,
There is a game engine coming out for windows, that lets people make their own
games just by running some scripts, so all they need are the sounds and or
music etc.
It is only for windows at the moment but it would be great if the developer of

Making a game is much less simpler than you imply, evenif you do use
an engine. I actually kno of the guy who is making that, the last time
I spoke to him he had absolutely no money, so mac development isn't
going to happen.
But like I say, its not really just a case of "running some scripts".

i have to say although i am a windows user i do feel games should be
made for the mac as it would benafit the gaming community even more.
that is one of the reasons i will not switch to mac yet.

What's wrong with installing bootcamp or some form of virtualisation
program and running your games like that?

Are you using the SendSpace Wizard? If so I agree, the Wizard does need a lot
of work, although it is usable once you get the hang of it. Some functions

That's sensible Ian. You might find for instance, that you'd need more RAM to
run both comfortably, as Windows tends to be resource hungry.

That would only be an issue if he wanted to use virtualisation
software which I only suggested because I thought that someone else
would - I'm not a fan of it myself due to this very reason.
Anyway, going a bit off topic here, but yes, it would be nice if there

I know it's not much, but we do have Chess on the Mac. it's very hard though. I

You can get a lot of info from the web, and i can send you an E Mail with all
the moves of the various pieces etc. The best way for you to learn I think
would be to have a tactile chess board in front of you, as to play with the
Mac you need to keep all the moves in your head.

Hi Anouk,
If you're checking your music library en masse, in iTunes you can use
a smart playlist to find all entries with a specified bit rate or
range of bit rates. Or you could simply change your view options so
that bit rate is one of the displayed options for your tracks. To add

Hi,

I've really found no issues with it at all. And while certain things could be
made standard controls, I think that's all that needs improvement. I can use

Hi,
Just a question. Why would you want to bring up a menu in the transfer table?
The only thing you'd really care about, I'd think, would be getting links for
files on the server. When it comes to transfers, you can always check the
settings to see where they'll appear, and as for uploads, wel
Hello all,

I've tried Open Office on the mac. The Open Office word processor seems
