Hey mark, yes, the preview pane can be a bit annoying. This should get rid of it. Move the voice over cursor past the messages table and it should say horizontal splitter. Now press v o command f5 to move the mouse to that spot. Then, double click the mouse on the splitter, you need to act

Dane, are you on Leopard or Snow Leopard? In leopard, you want to save your workflow as a finder plugin. This will put it where it needs to go, which is under workflows in your library folder. Snow Leopard on the other hand, no longer has finder plugins. Instead, you can save your workflow
