Thanks for the keyboard answer. will I need sited help to figure out
what keys to press or how does that work? I currently have my outlook
contacts exported as a csv woindows file. I did not see the opsion
to export to a pdmf or what ever the extention was that they told me.

Hmm, it works fine here. When I press VO spacebar on one of the links
in the webshop, the new links from the submenu are just next to the
link I just clicked on. I'm using dom mode.

first off, dom mode will generally give you more information, that's
the setting I would advise you to use. Second, if you can get the
mouse on the right spot, you could then turn off cursor tracking and
see if you could read the menus.
