Probably not going to be useful, but if she exports contacts those can go
to a .txt file that shouldn't be difficult to handle. If all those
contacts are in the safe senders list just export safe senders list and

Getting to the attachment is absolutely no problem for me; I save attachments
all the time. However, in this particular instance, something goes wrong.
1. I VO to the attachment.
2. I type Shift-VO-M to get to the context menu.
Here, things go south, as it were. I am not present
VCArd files work the best. and the next time you have an attachment vo left
and you should find an attachments section. If that does not show up hit cmd
shift h to get to the longer headers.
