And as such Elga sell a sat version of eye tv there is a list of a few Elga eye
tv products in the Apple store!

Could you connect an Apple TV to an ITV, or other way around I suppose, and
then WIFI it to the Mac, thus achieving that wireless experience? Then get a
Bluetooth headset and you're truly good to go.
