Hi, I've had the problem of typing into safari address bar and all of
a sudden VO says no heading level 1 for example. This has been going
on since I updated to 10.11. I found if you turn quick-nav off before
typing in the address bar it works much better. This also works in
chrome.

Just thought y'all would appreciate knowing that I solved the address bar
freezing issue: I think. Don't know why I didn't think of it and why it took
an Apple support dude to tell me this. It's just a matter of clearing all
browser history and then quitting Safari and reopening.
