Yup,
VO F2 gives you the title of the window in the foreground.

If your chats are in separate tabs in one window then command-right
arrow will flip between them. The only downside is it doesn't tell you
which one you just landed in so you have to navigate back up to the top
of the window to get the window title. Probably a shortcut for that.
