I don't use the Mac much for programming or for writing HTML, so I'm not
in the best position to advise, but I would suggest trying TextMate as
your editor.
I'm not confident in the accessibi
basis. I’ve
attempted this once with a version of Swift Playgrounds I was able to run on my
Mac, not knowing if this was the same version people are using on their iPads,
and sense I don’t own an iPad, I can’t really compare the 2, but either which
way, I had no idea what I was doing with it
Hi,
Learning Swift will not really help with your situation. Swift is coding for
apps and such, whereas the web-site problems are related to how the developer
coded html for their page.

supposed to be a means of teaching someone to write code, which I un

Swift. Right now, we are trying to work with the Contacts framework to do
things such as add contacts. When I try to import the Contacts framework using
the statement “import Contacts”, Playgrounds tells me that the

Hello All,
Just a quick update to let you know that I have taken my first baby-steps in
the Swift Playgrounds by solving a few simple puzzles on my iPad.
So far, so good. I must say, it is, indeed, kind of fun.
The first thing I had to do, in order to stay sane, was to change VoiceOver
Hi Listers,
So the swift playgrounds from the iPad
Which ipad is the earliest one that will work with swift?
Or should that be allow the IOS version with swift to be used?
I'm looking at borrowing one but it's either a Gen 4 or air iPad.
Cheers.

iPad is a 4th
gen. But when I try to download Swift Playgrounds, I get an error message that
it is not compatible with my device. That doesn't seem possible, given that
the 5th gens aren't out yet. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
TIA,
Donna
