I'll have a go and thanks for both responses much appreciated. Can you do this

It is tricky to get right, especially at first.
Firstly lets say that you have your VO cursor at the beginning of a sentence.
Use the two finger twisting gesture, i.e., the rota so that you have it on
words.
Now put two of your fingers close together on the screen and move them apart.

I can't do the pinch gestures to select text on my I phone as no one has ever
described to me what to do. If someone could describe how to do it I will have
