You have to stop interacting with that area. If quick nav is on, press the left
and down arrow keys together to stop interacting with the tool bar. Then press
the right arrow key once and this will take you to the html content. Press the
right and down arrows together to interact with this.

After I open a web address I can't get out of that little area that
has book barks, downloads, google and other such stuff.
