Thank you so much for the response. I am operating from the premise that the
menu button is the one below the wheel to the left :). If so, pressing the down
with it yields nothing and yes, unplugging has yielded nothing as well.
Unplugging was my first attempt at resolving this one
Hi Patrick,
Hold down the down arrow and the menu button at the same time for around 10
seconds. It will take a few minutes before you hear VoiceOver again. You also
have the option to just unplug the unit and plug it back in.
