Hello, In addition to Anne's excellent summary, remember that some web pages with articles embedded in a page with advertising, images, or other content can be accessed with Safari Reader (shortcut Command-Shift-R). This will let you read by line, character, or word in a singe text document.

Hello Stacey, The first thing you have to remember when reading a text file is to interact with the text, otherwise, the VO commands won't work. To read from top of document, VO-b; To read from current position, VO-a; Read next character, VO-shift-Right Arrow; Read previous character, VO-shift-L

Hi all, I know that control will stop and start reading something, but say I want to read line by line and then start reading continuously from a point. How do I do that? Also, How do I tell vo to start reading at the top of a file and read all the way through? Thanks, Stacey and GEB dog Chesley
