the tech at Apple accessibility suggested that I upgrade to Catalina but I'm

for around the past 2 weeks or so I've been having trouble reading in Safari if
I show the reader or if I start from a given heading, I'll press vo-a to start
reading and vo reads the heading and then skips down. I don't know how it
decides how far. it seems to have something to do with running
