press up arrow once. This places me in the message header. I interact with the

go to file on your mail and there is an option called save as attachment.
click on that and choose where. I believe I just did that yesterday in lion. I
might be wrong since I am running two macs one with snow and one with lion.
Today I plan to move both to lion.
I am sure if I am wrong
