Open up iTunes and in the sources table go down to the iTunes store. Now open
the item chooser with VO I and search for a purchases link. Click on the link
and you will have tabs for your purchased apps, music books, etc. In each tab
should be a download all button or link.

I am moving everything to my Mini from my PC. Can someone explain how I can
get iTunes to download all my purchases and apps from the iTunes store?
