Actually I tried that and hitting enter on the episode I wanted never started
the podcast downloading at all. I looked in the queue and still nothing. I do
have to arrow up to download episode. Strangeness.

You can also select a bunch of them and delete a lot of them all at
once. Just hold down the shift key. Is there a way to bypass that
dialog and just move what you're deleting to the trash in one stroke?

could automaticly delete the old episodes. but mine doesn't. I really

I delete my podcasts by going down the list in Itunes and pressing the
delete sequence. I then get a message asking me whether I want to keep
the podcast in my music library or whether I want to move it to the
trash. I think you have to do it for each podcast that has already
been download
