Yes, the bluetooth will be disconnected when the screen is lucked. However, the
poster was asking about entering a code when the device is unlocked. When this
happens, the device will automatically pair with the display, letting you entry
the code.

How would that even be possible? With my Refreshabraille display, the bluetooth
connection terminates when the screen locks. I thought that was standard
behavior.
