Hi,
Open something that will make your keyboard active, once the keyboard is up,
twist with two fingers to activate rotor controls. Keep twisting until you
hear "Typing Mode", swipe up or down until you hear "Touch Typing".
That should do it.

How do you turn on the feature where you can put your finger down on the
keyboard and then when you lift it off the letter appears on the Iphone
5 and Ipad?
