Hmm interesting. Ok I set it up where my own address would be deleted from any
message but this so far has not worked in the gmail settings. I have the skip
inbox checked but what to do from there?

Hi Mafk:
You can also do this through filters with Google rememberng that the field that
is marked "to" gets the group name, and the field that says "has the words"
also gets the group name.

Hi Mark!
The cc myself setting is in the mail prefs!
So if you have not set this up, you must first set up your own card in your
address book!
If you have a card ok, if not when you set up the card you select it then go to
the address menu and scroll to the card section, scroll down to make this

You know what? I think I noticed this change after I updated to 10.6.5.
What is the setting you are referring to with regard to the CC settings.
I made no changes to anything before this began happening.

Hi Mark and others!
I've updated software and I use gmail but I'm not having any trouble with my
messages on both of my mac lists!
I receive copies of all my list postings!
So just a thought could the send a cc to myself setting in your mail settings
somehow got changed?

I, too, noticed this change to Google messages last week.
1.
When I send a new message to the list, I receive it in my Inbox.
2.
However, when I reply to a list message such as I am doing now, I no longer
receive a copy of it.
This is a setting usually configured by the owner of the List. So,
I would not worry about it. I have not gotten mine in over 3 years ever since I
switched to gmail and personally I don't mind it one bit.

Hi Ricardo:
I've run into an issue of conflict between a "q.com" hotmail address and my
gmail server. I can't send to q.com addresses from Google, they come back as
undeliverable marked spam. I wonder if I can configure to send from my hotmail
server at will. HMM.
Thanks for the idea.

Hi,
I think there is as well.
The problem was google had marked my messages as spam so they were indeed not
getting through to the list yesterday. I did a little digging and I believe my
e-mail being flagged as spam was do to my gmail account was using my hotmail
server to send the message.
I keep thinking there's a setting in Gmail for messages from yourself that go
to a list, and these messages can be set to stay on the server and go to a
designated mailbox. I had found this setting in the past, but have forgotten
how to find it now.

Hi Ricardo:
I finally gave up on getting mine back. Don't know what accounts for this, and
I tried several filters, but still don't get them. Your messages, however are
coming in just fine.
If you ever get that one solved, I'd love to know how.
Take care

Hello lists,
Today, I noticed that I was no longer receiving a copy of the messages I was
sending to the macvisionaries and viphone lists. I'm using gmail and have made
no changes to my account settings. I wanted to know if anyone else has had
this start happening to them today? And I'd also
