I think there is a small charge for ooTunes, and yes it is a radio app, I think TuneIn Radio is free, so you could try that if you do not want to pay. But ooTunes is only a couple of dollars / pounds. It also has additional benefits apart from being able to stream over 50,000 radio stations it
