It is VO keys with shift the FN key and left arrow to move to top or right
arrow to go to bottom.

you can press control+option with home to go to the first item in the table and
end to go to the last option.
If you're using a MacBook, you'll need to use fn+left arrow for home and
fn+right arrow for end.
