In MM preferences, advanced options, you can unregister your Macs, and then
reset sync data. Then register your Macs again.

Thanks for the clock part. I know they sync at certain times and clocks being 6
hours away from each other, this might have caused it too.

Try checking the checkbox to automatically keep the most recent version of
every file, you'll find it in System Preferences/MobilMe/iDisk, the last item
in that window. Also make sure the clock on each of your items are synced, as

with mobile me. I really like the service as a lot of my preferences can be
immediately synced to other computers, but i get quite some conflict resolving
issues, and one of my macbooks says it has been syncing
