I have a yahoo account which I want to use with apple mail. Here is the
question. Yahoo has an opsion for sign in key which allows you to have a code
sent to your phone and this sounds similar to 2 factor authentication. Has
anyone used this and no if this works with email clients
yes if you are a subscriber to the yahoo mail plus system then when
you start/setup mail with a yahoo.com address the mail program knows
on its own to go out and grab the incoming and outgoing mail server
addresses for you. It does the same thing with google mail.
