I can't wear traditional bluetooth head phones even if they have ear buds as my
ears are very small and I can't rest anything in them.
As Colin says, the Aftershokz are the best as they do not fall off one's head
and your ears are free. They are very good if someone has a hear
Oh, that is very interesting. I've never tried bone conduction headphones. Is
the sound quality good enough to hear the words on audiobooks. That is mainly
what I use my headset for. :) Do they stay put or do they fall off easily? I
have very small ears.

Those Aftershokz that are mentioned do not sit in or on the Ear!
Rather in front and use conduction through your bones!
So your Ears are completely free to hear all around you!
So just down to if you can afford them!

The Aftershokz do this. It says when it pairs, and when it is in pairing mode.
Also, if you wait a bit after pausing music or a phone call, it will say the
battery status when you hit a volume button.
