Same issue here. After upgrading from sl to lion, I got a lot of busies in
safari. Now after a lion clean install, that is almost entirely solved.

Hello all,
Safari was also working better on a clean install of lion then the sl ubdate to
lion but, when you go with safari in fullscreenmode, it could work better.
Just what i have discovered

Never had this problem since doing a clean install of Lion and Safari just

I've been using Safari on my mac pro with lion 10.7.1. Browsing is quite
irritating, I use the arrow keys for the web rooter to navigate via links and
headings and so forth.. I constantly get Safari busy busy busy etc. sometimes
