Hello Everett,
To select a colour in Pages, press Cmd-Shift-C and select the third button,
Color Palettes, in the toolbar.
Navigate right to the popup menu to choose your palette. Apple is the simplest,
but the others can be fun, too.
Just interact with the table and use VO with the arrow keys

I am curious if someone has instructions for setting font colour in iWork 09
apps? I have investigated the colour picker and it is very non-intuitive and
would appear to be inaccessible to me.
