highlite the cell, interact with it

column and width size. You can set a hot spot for this while working on
adjusting the table. Also the contextual menu does have an option to auto-size
based on the current selection, The third option is that Apple
I'm not aware of such a shortcut key to widen a cell. But you could tell the
text in the cell to wrap which would be in the formatter probably within text
formatting options.
