Two ways that this can be accomplished.
1. The shortcut for adding rows or columns is the use of the Option key. So,
let’s say you’re on cell f5, pressing option-up arrow will add a row above f5,
thus moving everything in row 5 down to row 6. Option-down adds a row below,

Hi All,
I am trying to create large tables in Numbers, but need to insert more than
just one row or column at a time. Right now, I have a table that is four
columns too narrow, and 13 rows too short. Is there a way, other than adding
each row one at a time from the menu bar?
