Well, you made me curious! I opened the Modern Envelope template and it worked
as normal for me. I interacted with the body and pressing the right arrow
highlighted each part of the address in turn.

I figured it out, and let me tell you how I got it to work.
VO never said highlighted but gave me text instead. Using item chooser, when it
said the stuff that was in there and then said text box text box, I did VO
space on it and then immediately interacted. I didn't think I nee

It's not happening like I remember before when I got a Pages template. I seem
to remember getting the highlight message like you said before. However, this
time, when I opened the template, the braille display showed text that you can
delete, and I thought, replace with what you want. T
Hello Gigi,
The procedure is the same for all templates. Where there is placeholder text,
just use the arrow keys without the VO keys and when you hear "Highlighted",
then you can overtype what's already there.
