It's been a while since I deactivated Google Voice and/or Google Voice mail
from either my iOS or Android devices but I am certain that the gear that is
referred to in the Google Voice documentation is referring to the gear located
near the upper right corner of the websi
Apologies if this is off topic.
I am trying to deactivate the Google Voice service on my iPhone and the help
from Google mentions a Gear icon at the upper right of the screen. I’m assuming
they mean on the phone but no such icon appears with a VO label.
Does anyone have any way to do this
had to create a new thread since I wasn't clear in my first one. I am looking
for an app to call and receive calls with my google voice number on my iPod
touch 5th gen. I know talkatone does this, but the sound quality really ain't
that great. So if anyone knows, please let me k

Yes, I have both GV Connect and Voice-Mac installed. GV connect definitely is
strictly a google conduit with no way to connect to sIP that I can see. That
would come from a third party.
I found the actual app for Voice-Mac and have my Google Voice set up in it but
don't see how to set

nope, i use voice mac to make the calls.

I've been using voice-mac to use google voice. you need to open gmail though
to use it.
the dashboard client GV Connect doesn't work.
it just sits there when you dyle or text a number.
