Try this. Navigate to the tool bar & interact with it. VO-Right-arrow to the
Control bar & interact with it. I believe you'll land right on the BPM group.
Interact with it & VO-Arrow to & fro between the Bar, Beats, & Tics. Set each
one, as desired, by arrowing up & down. Remember, i
you have to first set the Bar and beat indicators to the exact position in the
song where you want to insert the loop. I haven't used the new GB for much, but
I've looked through it and the controls to set the bar/beat are in that control
toolbar.
