I just tried this:
control f3 to open the dock.
move to trash there.
Press Return to open trash.
Find your item.
Press command c to copy the item.
Move to where you want it placed.
Press command v to paste your item where you want it.
I tried finding a way to just remove the item from trash, or r
I use VO shift M on the affected item then arrow down to the appropriate menu
item (such as restore) and hit enter.
to get to trash, you can VO D then arrow over to the trash and VO Shift M then
open
once inside, its like any other finder window.
