I agree and I've been using the Mac OS since Tiger 10.4 and I've not had any
problems installing or taking the picture. Since I've never attempted to import
any contacts from outlook or outlook express, I can't offer you any assistance
and I'm sure if there is an issue, APple is aware and workin

My install went fine. I never had issues installing it, nor selecting an image
or taking a snapshot. VoiceOver never quit on me with either 10.5 or 10.6. It's
perfectly doable without any assistance.
As for Address Book, Apple has been notified of that.

Okay,
Here's what's going on. I got my new Mac this past Tuesday and I se it up with
the delivery guy present from the store. Good thing he was here. I got
through most of the OS install just fine; but, just before it was done, the OS
detected my video cam and wanted me to select a picture fo
