command in VoiceOver. It’s VO-tab. This will tell VO to ignore the next
keypress allowing you to use other app shortcuts. I use this in Google

I switched VoiceOver to only use the capslock key as a modifier. As far as
I know, this creates no conflicts with other programs. This can be changed
in the general area of VoiceOver utility.
