How it knows if they are or not, or where you would obtain the tracks that
support this, I have no idea. My personal pipe dream is that this indicates an
upcoming flood of described content on iTunes. It won't happen
I found this when I was looking for something else under the accessibility
settings, so turned it on just to see what on earth it was, but can't find
anything on what it's supposed to be about. does anyone else have a clue?
