As far as I can tell the album artwork is just like the album cover. It shows
up on my touch while playing.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe it's simply the cover art for the album.

May I ask what 'art work" actually practically means? Is it to do with cover

be to select all the music that you reimported then press VO-shit-m to bring up
the Contextual menu. Choose "Get Album Artwork" from that menu and iTunes
should go off and find all the available Artwork for thos

If you look in your iTunes Preferences in the General pane, way down near the
bottom, there should be an option to "Automatically Download Missing Artwork".
Make sure that box is checked and iTunes should just download the Artwork
again. I'm not sure that copying it over would actually do
