In order to pair them, you must place your Bluetooth headset in pairing mode.
If you do not know how to place your headset in pairing mode, you will need to
have someone look it up in your Bluetooth headset manual.

the bluetooth on my mac isalready on, the bluetooth headset is also on. the
problem is how to pair them.
