That happens, because the latest version of Skype for iOS does not have the
slide to answer any more. When your iPhone is unlocked, and a new call
dialog comes up, you won't see the answer button
ng off topic, but the point I'm ultimately trying to make
here is to say, I've never experienced the crashing like you have, Mark.
I've definitely had Skype do some really annoying things, but that isn't one
of them.

before I can answer it. I have to be IN sSkype at the time if I want to

Hmmm. I shall look to make sure the next time it happens, but I have not noted
a Slide to *answer* specifically. Although, today, while doing a Skype video
tour of my town for my friend in Montana, I got a cell phone call and found out
that getting a cell call on your iPhone 5 while on a skype

If I have a Skype call, I don't get any of those options, although I do have a
passcode so when I unlock the phone, I have to put a pin in. Although I should
have a thing where it says slide to Answer or slide to view but none of those
