Each time i find out about an inaccessible application, i actually
take the time to check the help topics and figure the interface out.
In this case, i'm checking the oomniplan gant chart maker.
I wanted to know what the command or sequence was to c

I use labeling all the time and it works great. I don't use it for the
app you are speaking of, but never the less it is a wonderful feature
of the OS.

I think you position voiceover cursor on the button that's not been
labelled, and then press vo+slash and you will find yourself in a
dialogue wehre you can type in the label you wish.
