First of all, the application YouTube to MP3 is from a company called
MediaHuman, not Humanware.
I have been using this application on my Mac for years, and while it isn’t
perfect, I find it to be accessible enough to where I have no problem using it.

I’d highly recommend an app called Downey for doing
this. Have been using it for years now, and it’s awesome.
