Thanks so much for replying to my email. Sorry you are having the same rotor
issues I have. In addition to not having the Voices rotor, I cannot change
voices on the watch and on the iPhone.

Yes the voices Rota has disappeared on my Apple Watch series 10 as well! And if
I go into the Watch app on my iPhone, adjusting the volume of VoiceOver for my
watch does absolutely nothing!
Thankfully I do not listen too much text on my watch so I have not yet
experienced the Garbled speech

Hi Everyone,
I’m having a VoiceOver issue with my Apple Watch series 10. Without warning,
VoiceOver’s voice gets louder and sounds garbled. I tried using Samantha, Siri
voice 4, Allison Enhansed, and Tom. It happens with all the voices. I also use
Siri voice 4 for Siri and don’t have this prob
